Function Templates list

I added in the Matrex site a list of all function templates with:

• name
• description
• input matrices
• output matrices
• parameters

I hope this will help to:

• find fast which template you have to use to write your function
• find out templates that are needed but missing
  
• find out fails or imprecisions in the templates descriptions
